- Payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay (third-party payment gateway).
- We do not store your credit card, debit card, or banking details.
- We maintain wallet balance and transaction history for your account.

3. Permissions Used
3.1 Location Permission
- Purpose
- Find nearby car wash stations and display them on the map.
- When Used
- Only when you actively search for stations or view the map.
- Background Tracking
- We do NOT track your location when the app is closed.
3.2 Camera Permission
- Purpose
- Upload profile pictures.
- When Used
- Only when you choose to update your profile photo.
- Storage
- Photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage (AWS S3).
3.3 Photo Library Permission
- Purpose
- Select existing photos for your profile picture.
- When Used
- Only when you choose to update your profile photo.
3.4 Notification Permission
- Purpose
- Send booking confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers.
- Control
- You can disable notifications in your device settings.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Service Providers
We share limited data with:
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
- Firebase (Google): For authentication and push notifications.
- AWS S3: For secure image storage (profile pictures).
- Car Wash Stations: Your name, phone number, and vehicle details for service fulfillment.

Terms & Conditions for Washzy
By downloading, installing, or using the Washzy mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Service Description
Washzy is a mobile application that connects customers with car wash service stations. We provide:
- Location-based search for nearby car wash stations.
- Online booking and scheduling.
- Digital wallet for payments.
- Booking management and history.
- Push notifications for service updates.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Washzy.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per user — multiple accounts are prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Keep your profile, vehicle, and contact details up to date.
- Maintain Account Security: Protect your phone number and OTP codes.
- Use Services Lawfully: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect Service Providers: Treat car wash station staff with courtesy.
- Avoid Misuse: Do not abuse, spam, or exploit the platform.
- No Fraudulent Activity: Do not engage in payment fraud, fake bookings, or chargebacks.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
4.1 Booking Process
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment deduction from your wallet.
- You will receive a booking confirmation with a unique booking ID.
- Arrival verification may be required via OTP at the service station.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel bookings according to the station's cancellation policy.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your Washzy wallet.
- Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.
4.3 No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of payment.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.
5. Wallet and Payments
5.1 Wallet Top-Up
- Add funds to your Washzy wallet using Razorpay payment gateway.
- Supported payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.
- Minimum top-up amount may apply.
5.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Booking amounts are deducted from your wallet balance.
- Insufficient wallet balance will prevent booking confirmation.
5.3 Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) are credited to your Washzy wallet within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds to original payment method are not supported.
- Refund eligibility is subject to service verification and station policies.
5.4 Wallet Balance
- Wallet balance does not expire.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Upon account deletion, remaining wallet balance will be forfeited.
6. Pricing and Fees
- Service prices are set by individual car wash stations.
- Prices displayed in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Washzy may charge a convenience fee or service fee (if applicable).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Washzy app are owned by Washzy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute app content.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app.
- Use Washzy branding, logos, or trademarks without permission.
- Create derivative works based on the app.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Abuse or misuse the platform.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Repeatedly cancel bookings or fail to show up.
Upon termination:
- You will lose access to your account and wallet balance.
- Pending bookings may be cancelled.
- You may be prohibited from creating a new account.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Washzy shall not be liable for:
9.1 Service Interruptions
- App downtime, server outages, or technical issues.
- Inability to access the app due to network connectivity.
9.2 Third-Party Failures
- Payment gateway failures or delays.
- Car wash station service quality or availability.
- Third-party service provider errors.
9.3 User Negligence
- Loss or theft of your device.
- Unauthorized access due to sharing your credentials.
- Failure to maintain accurate account information.
9.4 Indirect Damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Washzy is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Security or freedom from viruses.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Washzy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the app.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Violation of any third-party rights.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
12.2 Jurisdiction
